• Revamped and updated the digital branding for the promotional website and product suite of a global HCM client, increasing site session retention and engagement.

• Conducted research, discovery sessions, and definition workshops to create design concepts to enhance their Saas promotional platform, which led to an increase in site session retention as well as an increase in the completion of user tasks

• Translated competitive research findings and insights into actionable design solutions that effectively addressed user pain points and enhanced the overall user experience of a pet supplies e-commerce platform.

• Served as a support team member for the redesign of an e-commerce platform for an electronic manufacturing client, updating the navigation and products and services functionality.

Partnered with team members across multiple regions (LATAM, EU, US) to support the development of an enterprise software program for an oil & gas client and a mobile app for a Fortune 500 foodservice distributor.

• Supported the cross-functional development of 14 features for an oil & gas enterprise software suite and mobile application, totaling over $50m in business per year.

• Collaborated with external stakeholders, engineers, design leads, and product owners to translate requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes 

• Spearheaded the design of cross-platform features including search, product details, navigation, lists, and structuring of the global design system for a foodservice distributor e-commerce application providing 400,000 items across 250,000 customers.

Collaborated as a key member of the Performance Systems division design team to conduct research, create high-fidelity prototypes, develop training materials, and participate in and facilitate design thinking workshops for the U.S. Army, U.S. Department of Education, Veterans Administration, and FLIR.
